Astrology Session Booking Form

To Begin the Booking Process:

  1. Please make sure you have done all in your power to obtain a fairly accurate birth time (contact me for suggestions if this has been a problem)
  2. Usually within the 24 hours after you SEND this form, I will email you (unless you have emailed or phoned in advance)to organise a booking date
    (or you are free to contact me by phone or email, to suit.
    see the Contact Details page)
  3. After a session date is set, the last step requires a AU$100 deposit for the session (for new clients), to cover my background research of the chart
    (The balance of payment is due on the day of the session after its completion)
  • See the Payments page for all fees and for payment options including credit & debit cards;
    (credit card payments are not processed via this Form)
  • Please provide as many contact details as possible in case I may need to contact you urgently before your session
